5/26/2005: Two Hours of Great Joy!!

Hello Everyone:

It was with great excitement that I landed in Tribal land after not having been in there for more than 3 years!!  This was the most excited I've been about anything for the longest time.  Wow, what a thrill to be able to drop in for a couple of hours.  Our dear Latino co-workers had gotten the news out about my visit and so there were about 200 Tribal there to great me.  And what a joy it was!!  They were all along the airstrip and lined up by my old house.  I had enough time to greet each one and visit with them just a bit.  My, how the kids had all grown.  Yes, it was quite surreal as I stood among them once again. My tears sure flowed  freely on several occasions. It just made be thank God once again for the incredible privilege that was ours to be His ambassadors to another people group, and to be able to give them the Words of eternal life.  Yes, what a rush to see them!!  What a total special day it was!
